We made the decision to change companies for our security system because of the increased costs that we would incur to upgrade our system. Bolt Security Systems took the time to discuss what system would work best for us and we were able to upgrade our system and save money. The installation was professional and they explained very clearly how to use our system.

We have set up our system so that an immediate alarm will sound off if the front door is used to enter our premises when the system is armed. On occasion, we have entered through our front door when the system has been armed and the alarm was activated. I was impressed by the rapid response from the call centre immediately after the alarm was activated to confirm that everything was alright.

We would recommend a security system to everyone for peace of mind and would not use any other company than Bolt Security Systems. They are professional and the prices are great.

The Alarm system works very well. So far,  the only reason we had an alarm to go off was because we left helium filled balloons in the store, therefore, attesting to the incredible sensitivity of your system. Your company was on the phone to us immediately. The option of being able to determine the reason the alarm went off before calling the police has been a wonderful cost preventative option, and as yet we have had no need to call them.

The system is easy for all staff to operate.  We appreciate the alarm telling us when a door has been left ajar or any other safety concerns that arise before we leave the building. Wicker Land sleeps well knowing our building and contents are safe under the Bolt Security Systems Umbrella.
